Shipping/Handling
The 48 contiguous states may select between USPS (US Postal Service) flat rate shipping for $6.95 or UPS (United Parcel Service) for $12.95. Once it leaves our location, as confirmed by the package billing , we are not responsible for delivery. If you use a PO Box on the ship to address, you will automatically get USPS service as UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If you are an international, Alaska or Hawaii customer, please select the $24.95 shipping or call/email for shipping estimate. Shipping is not refundable, please see warranty and exchange below.
When will my pants ship?
We typically have 95% of the sizes/styles in stock and ready to ship. We ship Mon-Fri, excluding holiday, and most orders are processed the same day or the following day. We keep a low inventory on tall lengths, and they may take 2-3 weeks for delivery. We suggest that if you need the pants right away, you contact us for availability. If we can’t ship your order within three days, we will contact you.
Warranty
Smooth Stride takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our riding pants. If you experience any manufacturer defects within 90 days from receipt, we will exchange your pants at no cost to you.
Return/Exchange Policy
Any items sold in the CLEARANCE section is final. No exchanges or returns due to limited inventory.
If you decide you don't like the color or style, within 30 days of shipment from Smooth Stride, we will exchange or refund the purchase price of unused pants. Refund credits are minus the shipping charge.
If you would like an exchange, please make a copy of your order or include your name, phone number and order number and what item you would like exchanged. You do not need an RMA number. We offer FREE one-way exchange shipment within the contiguous US

We recommend using a shipping method that offers tracking. We cannot be responsible for products that do not reach our office. Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD. Please note on the packing slip why you decided to return our product so that we can improve our service.
Order is Damaged, Defective or the Wrong Item Was Shipped:
If the order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Notify us immediately at 1-208-863-2155 or sales@smoothstride.com so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement. |
